- What does cold market data say about this concept? Look at the historical sales, review counts, and player retention numbers of similar titles launched in the last twelve months.
- Am I willing to pivot if the numbers are hostile? If market density metrics show that your chosen subgenre is completely overcrowded, are you willing to tweak your concept to find an open market gap?
